Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains when and how AI Clothes Changer refunds payments for subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.
By purchasing paid features, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests are generally considered when:
- Duplicate or incorrect billing occurred
- Payment was charged but service was not delivered
- A confirmed platform-side technical failure prevented normal use
- Unauthorized payment can be reasonably verified
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Used subscription periods or consumed credits
- User-side upload quality issues or incorrect usage
- Service restrictions caused by Terms violations
- Requests submitted outside the policy time window
4. Request Time Window
- Subscription charge disputes: within 14 days of charge date
- One-time credit purchases: within 7 days if credits remain unused
- Billing error disputes: within 30 days of transaction date
Requests outside these windows may be denied unless required by applicable law.
5. How to Request a Refund
Submit a request through our Contact pageand include:
- Account email
- Order or transaction ID
- Purchase date and amount
- Detailed reason for the request
- Any supporting screenshots or logs
6. Review and Processing
- Initial response target: 1-3 business days
- Decision target: usually within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method
- Payment provider settlement typically takes 5-10 business days
7. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless your case meets eligibility criteria above.
8. Chargebacks and Abuse
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting support, we may limit or suspend account access while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent refund or chargeback behavior may result in permanent account restrictions.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
